Mane: We can beat Real

Merseyside striker Sadio Mane believes Liverpool can beat Real Madrid in the Champions League final, although Zinedine Zidane’s team is “one of the best in the world.”

“Real is one of the best teams in the world but we are Liverpool, we are strong and we can beat everybody We will do our best to win the final but I think it’s too early to talk about it , because before that we have two other games – against Chelsea and Brighton – we have to win them and stay in the top 4, “said Mane.

Merseyside’s left back Andrew Robertson added that Liverpool is an outsider against Real, but it could be beneficial for Merseyside. “Now we want to enjoy the moment that we are in the final, and for Real we will think later, they have a very experienced team and in the last years they play brilliantly in the Champions League, of course we will be the outsiders, but sometimes it is better”.
